Jonathan Kitchens

A lifelong resident of Robertsdale, Jonathan Kitchens has dedicated his life to serving his community through leadership, business, and faith. He has been married to his wife, Amber, for 23 years, and together they have one daughter, Kyleigh, who is 20.
For more than 27 years, Jonathan has served as the General Manager of Furniture City in Robertsdale — a Kitchens family–owned and operated business. In addition to his work there, he is the owner of Fetch-IT, LLC, a local moving and delivery company, and Genesis Coaching & Fitness Center in Robertsdale.
Faith and community service play a central role in Jonathan’s life. He and his family are active members of the Robertsdale Church of Christ, where he has served as a deacon for the past 15 years and previously as the youth and family minister for 11 years (2010–2021). During his time in ministry, he helped oversee the completion of a 15,000-square-foot building project for the congregation.
Jonathan has also been deeply involved in civic and educational service. He has served on the board of the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce — including as chairman in 2017. Spent four years on the Board of Trustees at Snook Christian Academy. Additionally, he has served on the Robertsdale High School Title IX Committee and the Robertsdale Centennial Committee.
Prior to him being elected to the Robertsdale City Council, Jonathan served as chairman of the Robertsdale Zoning Board of Adjustments and vice-chairman of the Robertsdale Planning Commission, continuing his commitment to responsible growth and community development.
Through decades of leadership, service, and local investment, Jonathan remains dedicated to making Robertsdale a stronger, more connected place for all who call it home.

Danna Overstreet

Danna Overstreet was born in Santa Rosa, California, and later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she spent most of her childhood. In 2006, she and her family relocated to Waveland, Mississippi, where she finished high school, took college courses, and completed cosmetology school. In 2012, Danna moved to Baldwin County, where she began building a life rooted in family and community.

She has been happily married to her husband, Paul, since 2013, and together they are proud parents to one wonderful son.

In 2018, with Paul’s encouragement and support, Danna opened Street’s Salon in Robertsdale. Nearly eight years later, the salon continues to thrive, that is something Danna attributes to hard work, faith, and the unwavering support of the Robertsdale community. As a small business owner, wife of a police officer, mother, and homeowner, Danna has come to deeply appreciate both the strengths of the city and the opportunities for growth and improvement.

Driven by her love for Robertsdale and its people, Danna has shared, “I’ve felt a deep calling to step up, to serve, and to be actively involved in shaping the future of our city. I believe it’s time for the next generation to take part in building the kind of community we want to live in, and that begins with me.”
